Businesses and IT Support Organizations can optimize their work and enhance overall efficiency. It empowers organizations to holistically manage and prioritize the demands that arise from diverse facets of their IT landscape, spanning from routine system updates to large-scale system and business transformations. It also identifies stakeholders and their interests. This helps you find stakeholders more easily. It is Multi-Organization capable with the ability to share demands across organizations. At present, it already caters for rudimentary analytical views, and has a highly configurable Policy control system. TGIT PCC is provided by Telkom Group IT as a service to all business units, and enables analytics of demand and other portfolio entities for the group. It is built as a Progressive Web Application (PWA), which means you can access it from anywhere, on any device and it can be installed on your phone/tablet/desktop as an app for easy access.
